The calibration device of spring hammers is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of IEC60068-2-63 and IEC60068-2-75, and is used for the calibration of 0-2J spring impact hammers.
Since it is difficult to directly measure the energy provided by the spring hammer to be calibrated, the calibration principle of this device is to compare the mass of the pendulum with the energy value calculated from the drop height.

The resolution of this device is 0.01J. During the design, the release mechanism was improved to minimize the impact of the vibration of the spring impact hammer on the test; the pendulum and aerospace bearings made of high-quality imported steel improved the accuracy and stability of the device.
Installation and commissioning of the device:
1. Install the corresponding weight according to the spring impact hammer to be tested.
2. Install the corresponding support according to the spring impact hammer to be tested.
3. Adjust the four feet so that the bubble of the level indicator is in the center.
Test Methods:
1. Select the appropriate bezel.
2. When the pendulum is in a static state, the pointer should be close to the pendulum, and the indication value of the pointer should be zero.
3. Install the spring impact hammer and make it in the triggered state, the tail needs to be flush.
4. Gently shake the handwheel to make the hammer head contact with the shrapnel of the swing rod.
5. Crank the release wheel further until the spring-loaded hammer triggers.
