Balance verification: Put the pressure ball on the Ball Pressure Test Apparatus support, adjust the position of the load body according to its swing, and then tighten the load body; put the pressure ball on the support again, and observe its swing to determine the adjustment effect. The pressure ball can be placed stably only when it is balanced, otherwise the pressure ball will swing obviously. If the Ball Pressure Test Apparatus is detected with optical equipment, it will seriously affect the accuracy of the test results.

Use of Ball Pressure Test Apparatus
1. Put the device into the sample heating box and keep it at the standard required temperature for 24 hours or after reaching the thermal equilibrium condition before proceeding to the next test.
2. Then place the pretreated sample on the center plane of the support, and then place the pressure ball smoothly on the center plane of the sample.
3. When the pressure time required by the standard is reached, remove the pressure ball vertically upwards, and then take out the sample for the next test.
