From AQSIQ has just released the 2009 foreign technical trade measures on China's export enterprises impact survey results show that in 2009 China's more than three percent export enterprises by foreign technical trade measures affecting; annual export trade direct losses of more than $57 billion; the United States, the European Union, Russia and other countries and regions on China's export enterprises greater impact.

Since February this year, the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and supervision organization has carried out a questionnaire survey on the impact of foreign technical trade measures on China's export enterprises in the country in 2009.

According to the investigation results of calculation, the 2009 34.3% of export enterprises by effect of foreign technical trade measures to different degrees, annual export trade direct losses 574.32 billion dollars, than in 2008 increased 6.89 billion US dollars, (4.78% of exports over the same period, than in 2008 increased by 1.24 percentage points; enterprises in the new cost 246.25 billion, $553 million higher than that of 2008.

According to the results of the survey, the major trading partners effect of China's industrial products export of technical measures to trade type, concentrated in the certification requirements, technical standards requirements, toxic and harmful substances limited requirements, label and logo, packaging and materials requirements five aspects; the influence of agricultural products export of technical measures to trade type, concentrated in food and veterinary drug residue requirements, food additives, heavy metals and other harmful substances limited requirements, bacteria and other health indicators requirements, and processing factory, warehouse registration requirements in five aspects.

The first 5 countries and regions affected by China's exports to China are the United States, the European Union, Russia, Japan and Australia, which accounted for 34.10%, 31.18%, 2.85%, 5.01% and 16.95% respectively of the total direct losses.

Affected by foreign technical trade measures to influence larger industry ranked in the top five is mechanical and electrical equipment, toys, furniture, wood paper non metals, agricultural food products and metal ore, accounted for the total direct loss 38.81%, 22.23% and 13.38% and 10.51%, 6.02% respectively. Affected by the larger provinces in the top 5 are Shandong, Guangdong, Henan Province, Jiangsu province and Anhui province.
