Description of Ball Pressure Test Apparatus

The Ball Pressure Test Apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the relevant standard provisions of the ball pressure test, and is used to test the heat resistance of non-metallic materials. It is suitable for heat resistance tests of non-metallic materials such as electrical equipment and its components and parts, non-ceramic solid electrical insulating materials, etc.

How to use Ball Pressure Test Apparatus

1. Put the device into the sample heating box first, and keep it at the temperature required by the standard for 24 hours or reach the thermal equilibrium condition before proceeding to the next test.

2. Then put the pretreated sample on the center plane of the support, and then put the pressure ball on the center plane of the sample smoothly.

3. When the pressure time required by the standard is reached, the pressure ball needs to be removed vertically, and then the sample is taken out for the next test.
