Household storage-type electric water heaters generally have a pressure-bearing inner tank, and the inner tank can obtain hot water for showering under the action of an electric heating rod. During operation, once the water pressure in the tank exceeds the pressure that the tank can withstand, it may cause the water heater tank to rupture.
As a finished water heater, a comprehensive safety and function test should be carried out before leaving the factory to check the problems that may occur after the equipment leaves the factory, so as to ensure the overall quality of the water heater.
The water system of the equipment includes:

1. High and low pressure test water supply water source: control the stainless steel multi-stage pump through the frequency converter to achieve free adjustment of high pressure water pressure 0.1 ~ 1.2MPa (resolution 0.001MPa)

2. Low-pressure test water supply source: independent water supply for each station to ensure stable and reliable flow of each station and independent adjustment

3. Piping system: 304# stainless steel sanitary pipe is used to ensure the cleanliness of the test
