Take the large-scale scientific research (scientific) instrument for scientific research as an example. As of 2015, the total number of large-scale scientific research instruments in China's universities, testing institutions, scientific research institutes, and transformation institutes was 61,251 units/set. Since the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, the development of the instrumentation industry has received more systematic national support. The National Natural Science Foundation of China has set up a special project for the development of major scientific research instruments, the Ministry of Science and Technology has established a special project for the development of major scientific instruments and equipment, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology This development policy guides and supports instrumentation companies to implement corporate upgrades and technological transformations. At present, my country has basically solved the problem of instrument varieties, but we should clearly realize that our country’s instrument development has been in a state of tracking for a long time, basic research is weak, and products are concentrated in the low-end, high-end instruments and leading-edge A large number of scientific instruments in China rely on imports, and our self-developed instruments and meters generally do not work well. Facing the current new economic and technological situation, as well as the needs of the era of the Internet of Everything, the instrumentation industry must fully understand the status quo and problems of its own development, address these problems, and combine my country’s national conditions from top-level design, industry management, technological innovation and industrial development. In-depth thinking in four aspects, and development suggestions from the industry ecology, service platform, original innovation and quality foundation, etc., in the hope that these suggestions can provide valuable references for the industry’s policy planning, industrial upgrading and enterprise development.
